The HR screening call was genuinely excellent. Warm, very informative, quick and left me with a really positive impression of Mastercard as an employer.
The case interview was a different story entirely. To get it straight, the case was fairly easy and my take is not reflecting that aspect. From all my interviews, this was the single most unwelcoming, unpleasant experience I have encountered. The interviewer showed no engagement, no interest in session at all. My questions at the end of interview were answered with max 5 words per answer. I had experience with T2 interviews before and this is an outlier. I left less interested then I applied and if the interviewer is kind of manager I would work with if I got an offer, I am glad i didn't get one.
