Interview
All done over Skype. Did not have ANY in-person interviews - team is distributed around the world. There was a series of video phone interviews, lasting more than a month in total elapsed time - some of these interviews took a long time to schedule because of other team members extensive travel schedules.

Question 1
The questions seemed designed to test how much you know, and how well you will fit into the team. Hiring manager had already made the decision that he wanted me on his team. He didn't phrase it this way, but with hindsight, he was simply allowing the team to buy into his decision. If they did not, then that was on me!
