I received a referral for a role and applied. Within a week or two of applying, i received and HR interview. I was asked in that HR interview to build a mock presentation by the end of the week. That gave me just under two days to do the work. I then was quickly setup for official interview #1. I previously worked there years ago...knew the interviewer...it went well. He told me that there would be three interviews (his being the first) and that I should proceed to the second interview. I emailed the recruiter a week later, just to inquire next steps. She said they were wrapping up interviews that week. Heard nothing the next week. Sent a follow-up email. Nothing. Sent another email a week later. I was told again they were still wrapping up interviews. Wait...I thought they were wrapping up interviews two-weeks prior. That is what the recruiter told me. Then, just a few days shy of a month later, I received the canned response of "we're sorry...". There were zero calls, zero feedback, nothing.
