Applied online, after a very short phone call I was given an Excel assessment to test basic problem solving, which was followed by a phone screen and finally an on-site interview. On-site interview was long for an entry-level position and felt somewhat repetitive. Spoke with 7 employees for a half-hour each, each interview was approximately half/half them asking me questions and me asking them questions. Mostly focused on my fit with the company and my past experience, I was surprised by the lack of technical questions during the on-site, and the problems they asked were generally pretty straightforward until I prodded for harder ones.
