Maverick Management interview questions

It is a short and fast interview process. the first interview is 15 minuets and its set up as a get to know about you and you learn a little more about us. the second round interview is on site at the events so someone can see the day in the life while in the M.I.T program as well as chatting with the top trainer and really getting a better understanding of the company. everyone is nice and friendly. The last interview was an over the phone interview where I was offered the position and accepted.

It was a brief interview within 15 mins for preliminary one on one interview. I was applied online, then I received their email for scheduling the first in-person interview. The interviewee was friendly during the interview. Well, they basically don't accept the interviewer who is on OPT.
