Interview
There were two rounds. First they will check your communication skills if it is fine they will ask to go for Second round of Interview. In the Second round HR asked about the previous experience and skills mentioned in the CV.
Not too bad, first Hr interview, followed by Lead, and then operation head and salary negotiation not too good not too bad, Waiting time was too long overall okay process

To give self introduction, some basic questions related to patents, previous job profile details, expected salary. 3 rounds of interview Altogether pretty straight forward questions related to previous job and understanding of IP.
