There was no interview. They text me and just threw everything to me. I did not physically talk to anyone which made me concerned. To me, it was very Unprofessional and gave me red flags.

Recruiter took me in room and gave me stack of forms to fill out. when done she took them. few minutes later came back and asked me a few questions about my experience related to working with pediatrics; then described their standard patient profile and the orientation process. I was hired provisionally without being interviewed other than submitting my resume. I had to take hours of online classes then pass skills competency, then was officially hired.
