I did a phone interview with one engineer first after submitting my resume by website. Then, they invited me for the on-site interview. During on-site interview, I met HR first and then I gave a presentation which is related to my school work. Then, there is group meeting and each members asked at least one question. Finally, I got technical interviews with 3 engineers. It took about 8 hours.
