I had 2 phone interviews and was then invited for an on-site interview. The interview started with a phone interview with someone in their Dallas site, pretty technical. Then around five 1:1 interviews with hiring manager, managing director to VP and director of fab and director of R&D. The first three were pretty technical and grilling especially the one with the VP. The sad part was that they had mentioned that they're not expecting much from a fresh Masters graduate student but didnt seem like that was the case.
