Maxx Mail USA interview questions

It was an introductory phone interview to go over the job description, the company culture, and job duties. Strangely, most of the "interview" was the interviewer gauging whether or not I could deal with the micro-managing, cheapness, and outdated methods of the owners. The interviewer was very forthcoming without how ownership will even go as far as to edit your email drafts to external parties (uh, Grammarly?) The interviewer also stated that such treatment is "not for everyone". Red flags everywhere.
