Came with nothing came with then came with job. Its McDonalds, there really is no interview process and just asking for availability and how soon you can start. After that I knew that I had hit rock bottom

Very simple. We chatted for a bit before getting into the questioning part. It was mostly behavioral. They asked why I wanted to work there, if I had any experience, and what my availability is.
