First round- Problem Solving test (multiple questions with mostly simple math testing your business aptitude) similar to the S.A.T. followed by a couple group case interviews that were nonevaluative but were invaluable if you did not have case experience. Second round-Multiple one on one case interviews (3 in my case) with associates or engagement managers preceded by a personal fit interview (what experiences showed your leadership potential, etc.?) Third round-Similar to second round but four interviews this time and with partners or associate principals. I received an offer that same day via phone call.
