Interview
My hiring process was no traditional. I am a MSc student, and applied for their summer insight program and was recruited for a full time interview through that application.
The interview was straight forward and as expected. I didn't receive an offer because my insights were not straight forward and my follow up explanations were not super clear. Make sure you have a clear explanation for everything you say.
Interviewers are very supportive, and appreciate the amount of time it takes to prepare for the interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked in a group and had to resolve conflict.
Tell me about a time when you had to learn something new/take on a new challenge in a short time period.

Gave assessment. Waiting 1st round. But, here the assessment and resume are scored together to reach next round. Might take 1-3 weeks for invite. Assessment has only 20% - 30% weightage.
The recruiter was great! 2 rounds of 5 interviews, first was 2 associates, second was 3 partners. My first round, the interviewers spoke absolutely broken English and made it extremely difficult to understand what they are trying to say. My second interviewer was extremely rude as well. Honestly comes down to who interviews you and the case selection that will determine your fate
