I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Long day and interview with 4 different people. Asked some tough questions that I had to think out and answer. They keep digging for more even if you have given them many different answers to the question. Get a good nights sleep because it is a longggg day.

Interview
phone interview after submitting my resume. A friend works there and warned me about the process. McMaster is set in THEIR ways. The phone interview was one of the most odd interviews I've ever experienced. I said something that she didn't want to hear. Maybe it was the tone of my voice. Who knows, I certainly don't.
