I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Nov 2009
Interview
They didn't tell me what position I was interviewing for until I got there. Then they did various one-on-one interviews throughout the day. They took me on a walking tour of their facilities and interviewed me along the way. Everybody was very nice, but I was more interested in an engineering type position.
