MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions interview questions

So I am going to talk about two interview processes because this entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I originally applied for a Patient Care Representative role back in January. I was put through 3 interview stages and then rejected. The final interview stage I spoke with their Chief Pharmacy Officer and the Supervisor of the team. During the interview they talked about how I would be an asset to their team based on my time zone. I have 8 years of experience with PBM and I have done a very similar role with Copay Card/Patient Assistance Accumulators. I was very shocked to be rejected so I asked for feedback and they told me I was a great candidate and they had nothing negative to say. So when another position opened up for a Member Advocate I applied again. I was interviewing with one of the people I interviewed with the last time, but she did not remember me. When I reminded her who I was, the entire interview shift in tone. I felt like she just wanted me to get off the call as soon as possible. I was confused by this but I thought maybe I was reading too much into the tone. Every interview I did before was met with an immediate request for another interview. But this time it has been 3 days since my interview and they have not scheduled the next interview. I am very upset by this because if they liked me the first time, why am I being treated like a nuisance the second time? I thought my perseverance would should how much I liked their company. But all they have done is waste my time and make me feel dumb for applying again. I do not recommend this place at all and even if they end up reaching out for a second interview later on, I will be rescinding my application. This place clearly is not the right company for me.

Worst interview/interviewers ever experienced. The first portion of the interview consisted of the interviewers talking primarily of themselves and their accomplishments. Not once was the role explained or described, even when asked about to the day-to-day duties. Every question felt tailed to a “gotcha” moment, in that if a specific answer was not given, you had “failed” in answering the question. Follow-up questions were combative. One of my interviewers never even showed up because in the words of another interviewer, “he was involved in an interview prior,” and so, had no obligation to show up to the current one. Interviews go both ways. The company is interviewing you, but you are also interviewing the company. That later aspect was completely lost on the part of the interviewers.
