      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MedStar Health

      Interview

Overall, the entire interview process was a smooth one. I interviewed twice; I was given the opportunity to meet with a member of senior management initially. She advised me at that time that they were still in the early stages of the decision making process, but that should I be selected, I could look for a call back within 1 weeks time. I did receive the call back, and from there, returned to meet with 3 other staff members, to whom I would be reporting. After meeting with those individuals, on Tuesday, I received a call back on the following Wednesday, and an offer was made.

      Question 1

The most difficult question, was probably inquiring about what my plans were in the next 5 years (pretty standard), and whether or not I had applied for any higher level positions elsewhere; if so, what were the reasons for my search on that level. And if not, why had I not applied to higher level positions.
