Interview
The hiring process is very simple. Once you are offered an interview you will meet with the Clinic Director of the location you are applying for. During the interview you will be asked questions about how you got interested in the field. Once the interview is over, you will be offered the opportunity to shadow someone in the position you are applying for to get a firsthand experience of what you will be doing if offered the position.

Interview
The phone interview was very straightforward. You are asked to describe how you dealt with a difficult experience in the past, what your strengths and weaknesses are, etc. At the end of the phone interview you may be emailed back to do an in-person interview.

Interview
Hiring process took a few months, but the interview was great. I felt challenged and my interview knew exactly what she was looking for. She was able to give me a pretty good idea of what a typical day looked like. I was also giving the opportunity to shadow the current clinic assistant at the site I was going to be working at. I truly enjoyed the experience and the lessons I was able to learn from it.
