The interview process was straight forward. After a phone interview with the recruiter an initial interview was set up. Multiple interviews may be required depending on the hiring manager. Typical interview questions were asked, "what's your leadership style" " How do you handle x situations"

Email from HR to have a one on one interview. Interviewed with team members who were unprepared and didn't read over my resume. One person was constantly checking her phone. The Director didn't allow me to ask her questions. She allowed the other members (managers) to interview me.

Long interview process. It took 7 months from the first interview to receive a job offer. However, it was worth the wait. Seems like they could use help in streamlining their interview processes
