Following an initial introductory call, there is a usually two stage interview process. The first interview is usually via Microsoft Teams and consists of an overview of your work history and some general questions to get to know you. If invited for a second interview, this will normally be in person and consist of competency based interview questions.

Quick and helpful staff in thr recruitment team. The one to one meeting can be done over zoom or WhatsApp. I found that particularly helpful. The checks in place to verify identify etc are done in person, but a member of the medacs team comes to you. Making the whole process quick and easy.
