I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meijer (Roseville, MI)
Interview
Very long and takes forever! The interview questions are generic and not very well done and the computer work is draining I worked in the pharmacy and had to do a ton of computer work on stocking shelves which in my four years I never once used!

Question 1
Name a situation when you had to deal with a mad customer
Pretty straightforward - screening call, in-person one-on-one w/ tour. Basically hired on the spot. No curveball questions, very friendly/easygoing staff. Just do what your supposed to to be prepared for an interview and you should be find. If you have your certification and all that already lined up, I suspect that'll give you a leg up on the competition.
Fast interview, however, I had mine when the store was being renovated so time was limited due to lack of private area. Did a drug test straight after the interview.
It was an in person interview. Initially I was very nervous, but eventually the interviewer made it comfortable for me. That's why i enjoyed the interview. It was my 1st ever interview for a job. And I ended up getting an offer from there. I am so happy.
