I first went to a meet and greet at their offices in Shoreditch. This was an opportunity to network and get noticed. They gave you a short presentation to tell you more about Meltwater, after that you had to talk to members of staff. They got let you know the next day if you were through to the next stage.
The next stage was a group interview with roughly 12 other people. To begin, the area director gave a more detailed presentation than the one at the meet and greet about the company. Then, we were required to give a short three minute introduction about ourselves and something we were proud of. After everyone had introduced themselves, it was time for a coffee break. This was another opportunity to network. When we returned, we had to deliver a group presentation and then partake in a group debate. Lastly, we had to deliver an elevator pitch about something that we were passionate about.
The next stage was individual interviews. Unfortunately I did not make it to this stage.
