There were 3 rounds of interview. The first was an introductory call by HR, second by hiring manager, third by hiring manager and APAC director (who was based in Australia at that time)

If you were the comms head of IKEA, how would you handle the recent crisis?
Many situational questions that were related to the work like what I would do in certain scenarios, how I deal with colleagues, my working style, how I deal with timelines etc.

3 rounds of interviews + 1 language assessment test. The interview rounds are quite similar to each other mainly generic interview questions like past job experiences, experiences with microsoft office etc.
