Interview
Apply online, then recruiter will call you and they gonna book personal interview with ER managers. It will be a panel interview. After interview the recruiter will call you if you will proceed to next level of hiring which is "shadowing". Shadowing means you go on the Job for 4hours and you will shadow an RN while He/She work. Observe and ask questions during this time. After Shadowing, the recruiter will call/email you with the Feedback on how well your shadowing shift, then they will give you the salary offer rate.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
