Very detailed, 3 parts to the interview. I did a one on one interview with the director of rehab on that level- they asked the basics then got in depth geared towards how you’d react in certain situations. Not clinically but with the company. Then a group interview with several OTs/COTAs. They were all very friendly and I personally felt super comfortable with them, their questions were what you expect - situational/experiences. Lastly, you observe one of the therapists treat a patient and do a SOAP note. It took about 3 hours in total I’d say.
