The hr coordinator who called and screened me couldnt answer direct questions about the position. He said he pulled my application from another job for this one. I found it unprofessional but went with it. The interview with the direct supervisor was mostly explaining job duties and how it was different than other positions. I loved the job, the team and the supervisor but the recruiter refused to negotiate pay and said I was only worth $17 despite having advanced degrees and years of experience. Not to mention the shpervisor was unaware that after a week the recruiter never called me to give me the offer. I had the supervisors cell number because she gave me it in the interview and had I not texted her for an update, I wouldnt have known about it. The recruiter was extremely rude and inflexible. After I tried fo negotiate for $3 more on the pay, she told me shes taking back the offer because I’m not a good fit for their company. I also have this in email from her smh. I’d avoid Sugarland if possible.
