Interview
I applied for several positions from Aug 2015 up until Jan 2016. I have a friend who works at the Memorial location who recommended me to apply here because its a great place to work. I was finally contacted in December by a recruiter at The Woodlands location. She told me to fill out a behavioral test online and email her what time and day I would like to be interviewed. She told me if I make it past the phone interview then I would be invited to have a face-to-face interview with the person who is over the dept they are hiring for.

Phone Interview: She asked quite a few questions. She went over my whole resume with me.

I made it pas the phone interview and she scheduled me right away to come in to do the face to face. I was interviewed by 2 people who had to 2 papers worth of questions. They took turns asking me things. Some of the questions were the same from what the recruiter asked me and some were different.

Interview
I applied online, after a month, a recruiter reached out to me to do screening questions and ask my availability for an interview. I interviewed in person and asked to shadow following the interview. It was a very good approach to the interview process in my opinion more companies should allow an insight into the position they are hiring for. The next week I received an offer. Excited to start with a great company!
