The interview process at Memorial Hermann involved personal and behavioral questions, focusing on my background, work experience, problem-solving skills, ability to handle challenging situations, teamwork, patient care responsibilities, and commitment to providing quality healthcare.
That was Easy and accepted offer. My manager was very understanding and warm. After the interview I received a job shadow mail. The next day I did shadpw and in the evening I received an offer and accepted it.

Interview
Very easy-going and friendly interviewer. Some of the questions were easy to answer and some took more thought. Interviewers did talk more about themselves during the interview which made it hard to share more about self.
