I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
The meat of the in-person interview is role-play. It's very easy if you study; the answer are practically spoon-fed to you. Make sure you have confidence and personality going in. The recruiters also highly encourage you to ask them questions about the role play and will cal several times to make sure you understand. This is a big test to see if you can follow directions as well as test your natural sales ability.
After the role-play, there are some generic personality questions to make sure that you'll be a the right fit for the office.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process with memoryBlue was straightforward, organized, and for a lack of a better word attentive.
The interview process (for me) was 4 interviews:
1. Initial contact with memoryBlue recruiter, (basic questions and feeling out candidate)
2. Interview with memoryBlue staff manager
3. Interview with managing director
4. Interview with managing director (in person) for a sales call and call analysis overview, function & compensation overview.
Overall I felt like the whole process was attentive, I felt valued as a candidate, communicated with regularly. You could even say it was a model-like process of how it should be,
