Interview
Talked to a recruiter then i talked to the head recruiter in their VA office. She was very nice asked me questions and did a skype interview with Marc, interview was much the same as the recruiter call asked about my life background why sales and why memory blue and then a cold call.
Interview process is intensive but transparent and quick! They help you through the interview process as well as really stay true to their word on how quickly they will reach out to you.

Interview
The interview process was excellent. Helped me understand the responsibilities of the role. My interviewers were very easy to talk to and open to talking about their experiences. I met with two different managers and each interview was very different. One felt much more like I had to prove myself and show that I wanted to work for this company and be in a sales role. The other interview was very relaxed.

Interview
Everyone was super nice, seemed like it would have been a fun work environment. The strange pay structure is the main red flag, you are pretty much making minimum wage without a lot of upside.
