The interview was easy! No worries of what they're requesting! I was hired at the same time when the interview occur!
All they asked is who are you as why did you come to Menards, what is your most open availability, and see if the pay is okay!
Very easy and followed most basic interview question outlines available online. They do make you give examples of times you exhibited good team work, so come prepared with a fake story.

It's was quiet pushy. The seem demanding and to be way to concerned with personal lives . You must take a test and answer several questions. Just felt super awkward
Very easy. Standard questions that are the first to pop up when you google “interview questions.” Management was nice and didn’t want to make the process difficult. Overall, would say you wouldn’t have any issues applying.
