Super easy, an in person interview and questionnaire. I was hired on the next day. Interview questions were simple common sense questions like "What would you do if you caught a patron stealing?"

What would you do if you caught someone shoplifting?
Easy and smooth with minimal time. The process took little time and medium effort in paying attention to the original tour and orientation. Very easy to take in information and begin working on the assigned task at hand.

Interview
Not very difficult or thorough. There was a questionnaire that focused on stealing and fighting that was new to me. The supervisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. But I felt like he didn't think that I could handle the physical labor because of my age - I am over retirement age.
