Mentel interview questions

I started having a conversation via phone describing my current job position, what I was looking for and getting a full description on what I could expect from the company (Projects, Clients, Organization, etc). A personal interview was scheduled without any problem and at a convenient time for me. I reached the place on time and got a very good first impression of the place and also the interviewer. The interview process was very relaxing, not the typical questions one would expect. It was pretty straightforward but always keeping that sense of having a conversation more than a job interview. An exam was scheduled to be done in "Testdome" which was really fun to do. The interviewer told me you have usually a couple of days to access the site and do the test but she gave me more time understanding that I was a bit complicate with my times. The next step after the exam was going to be an interview with the owners of the company. She was very kind and professional in all the stages and understood very well my choice. There are a lot of professionals looking for a job and these kind of reviews may help them, I want to point out that doing this review has no benefit for me but I felt as a professional that a good interview process was done and I wanted to share my experience to help others willing to start this process with Mentel.

Friendly and relaxed environment in the office of one of the company owners. First contact was via email, second was the interview in person. Did not get the job, but I did get an answer within one day.
