Good experience. Firstly, an easy Excel test (pivot tables, value searching, filtering, vlookup) based on a quite big database. Later - job interview - quite normal - people were very nice. As a plus - I was not very experienced and Mercer gave me an opportunity to start my career. First weeks of work were fulfilled with presentations in order to get acquianted with processes, software, people.

Interview
The recruitment process for this job began with an online interview on HireVue. The interview involved recording my answers to pre-recorded questions, as well as writing my answers to text-based questions. The process was convenient and allowed me to complete the interview at my own pace. After the initial online interview, I was required to complete an Excel test. The test was relatively easy and aimed to assess my knowledge and proficiency in using Excel software. Following the Excel test, I was invited for a recruitment interview. During this interview, the interviewer asked me about my previous work experience and my life experiences, both during college and in my previous job. The questions were designed to understand my work style and how I might fit in with the company's culture.
