The process was very tedious and long. Fixated on mostly why do you want the job rather than my personal abilities and accomplishments. Very rude interviewer. Can definitely be more friendly.
I took my interview during the pandemic. I had 4 rounds of interviews virtually. The questions were straightforward and not difficult at all.The process has changed where it is now in-person.

It is a four step interview process with a range of consultants of different tenure. The process is relatively average with a little slower turnaround time from recruiter. Heavy focus on behavioral questions with some questions on technical competence.
