Merchants Bonding Company interview questions

Very friendly and positive interviewing environment, I have not had the same experience anywhere else. It seemed that the team interviewing me was primarily trying to make sure what kind of a coworker I would be more than anything else.

Phone interview first with HR screener. Second phone interview with VP of HR. It was a very "old school" type interview. "Tell me about a time..." Third interview was in person with the hiring manager and one additional person.
