I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mercury Systems (New Jersey) (Princeton, NJ) in Jan 2014
Interview
The recruiter reached me through indeed. I was given via email some Java questions with 10 T/F and 2 programming questions. And there was a following interview asking some general Java questions of basic concepts. After this there will be an offer package. The package was good if you prefer flexible jobs.
I was required to do an online assessment at first. After that there is a second round interview. The interviewer asked some core concepts about Java and Spring framework. Then I was asked to solve an algorithm question.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercury Systems (New Jersey) (Princeton, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was fairly easy and straight forward. 50/50 on technical and behavioral questions. Last skype interview is more like a QA session. They will tell you the process of how they are doing things and you can ask the question in the mean time if you have any.
