Interview
Hiring manager was great in laying out interview processes and their vision for the team in near/long term, and my panel was incredibly thoughtful in their questions. You can tell that leadership cared deeply about the culture they're building at Merge, and they have brought in some powerhouses to scale processes.
Big upside with a lot of room to perform under good mentorship - excited to keep following along to see where Merge goes.
If I had not received a dream offer in a different industry, I know Merge would have been a great workplace to be at.

Typical SDR Interview Questions - On par with most places I was at
Fairly formal, consisted of mostly behavioral questions and what skills you could bring to the table. Come prepared with situational answers and be ready for possible mock call. Hiring manager was very professional.

It was a video call and it was a 15 minute first round interview with the hiring manager. Mostly about the candidate. The manager gave a tip at the end which was nice.

Recruiter screen, Take-home assignment (identify target company, sample outbound), Take-home assignment review, 4 on-site interviews, Final round with one of the co-founders.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Sales team is impressive. However, disappointed I didn't get feedback after Merge decided to move forward with another candidate. Least that can be done after 6 interviews and a take-home assignment.
