I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MeridianLink (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Got an phone interview a few days after finishing the OA. The entire interview took 50 minutes, most of the questions are technical, including an algorithm problem. They also asked about the details of the projects and some behavioral questions on teamworks.

Most of the questions are technical, including the polymorphism of c++, the differences between tree and heap, the differences between c++ and python, and finding the third largest element in a list.

Interview
Had multiple interviews, the first one was a preliminary reach out, while the second was a technical interview. What offended me was that they had the audacity to ask me to rate their interview through a questionnaire, afterwhich I recieved an email saying I was declined. When I tried to reach back out to see why they didn't respond. If you're going to have the gall to ask me how you did, at least return the courtesy.

Question 1
The hardest question asked was how to reverse an array without loops. They didn't say recursion and wanted you to step to that answer yourself.

Interview
There was a phone interview with HR followed by an interview with the team then a technical interview. It took over a month to set up the follow-up interview with a lot of confusion with the HR people and figuring put the timezones for the calls. The interviews got canceled and rescheduled at least 4 times (2 times the interviewer just no-showed). One of the interviewers joined the call late and was very rude. Overall it was a terrible experience and should not have bothered continuing with this process
