Thank you for your feedback, and your nice comments about our HR. We're sorry you felt your phone interview wasn't a positive experience. We try to be prompt for all interviews, but the unexpected happens sometimes. In those cases, we usually notify the candidate that we may be calling a little late or that we have to reschedule, and apologize for the inconvenience. We're in process of conducting a review of several of our processes here, and our goal is to ensure all candidates have a great interview experience.
