Interview
Applied online by filling out the form and answering some competency questions.
If successful, you will be sent a video interview link, roughly 5 questions and takes no more than 10 minutes: things about yourself and a few technical questions.
You are then invited to the group interview stage: individual interview, icebreaker and group task where you list items of importance.
If you are successful, you will be invited to the final interview stage. I believe that you will be talking more about what you've written in your CV (have not heard back whether I am successful).
They don't always ask the same questions, so just knowing some basic technical aspects of PPC is fine and they give you a list to prepare before the group interview.

Interview
Hiring process was very organized and straightforward. The interview was difficult, but my interviewers were very kind and welcoming. There were some questions I wasn't sure about, and a logic test about figuring out the revenue for a cinema. Make sure you really read up on PPC knowledge, they ask a lot of questions specifically about PPC.
