Interview
Had a phone screening shortly after applying, and was invited to interview at end of screening. I was taken on a tour of the GTO Offices before my interview. I felt very comfortable asking questions and learned about the company and position during the tour and interviews. I had three rounds of interviews. The first was a panel of two people. The questions were more behavioral with one or two scenario-based questions. The second was one-on-one and was more focused on my prior work experience and skills, and the last interview was one-on-one and was the most difficult.
