Very casual. Supervisor gave an overview of the position, asked me a few questions to gauge if I truly knew what I was doing, then gave me opportunity to ask questions. Then a quick tour of facility.

Met with the manager and a peer for an interview. It was very informal. They mostly spoke and i listened and nodded. The manager offered me more than I requested in terms of pay, which was unusual.
