Interview
It was very well coordinated and prompt. They have a recruitment team who set up the time and confirmed all the details by email. The hiring manager was very relaxed and easy to speak with and provided a lot of information about her personal experience with the company.

They asked about my experience and why I was interested in the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Very laid back and informal. I had four separate interviews. I interviewed with MetLife the last week of August 2014 and after several interviews I was extended a job offer the end of September 2014.
