Overall, the process was transparent. I was informed of the necessary steps shortly after applying. Metaformers was considerate of my time and expedited the process because I had other offers on the table. 1. Video recording: I was given a set of questions and recorded my responses. There are unlimited attempts, so it's nice if you like to think out your responses first. (1 hr) 2. Phone call 1: I talked to the hiring manager. It was mostly informational. (30 min) 3. Essay based questions mostly about interpersonal skills and situations. (1 hour) 4. Phone call 2: I talked to another person in the same position. It was mostly informational. (30 min) 5. Phone call 3: I talked to a company executive. I was asked more about my skills and knowledge (30 min) 6. In-person interview: I talked to a senior consultant and another associate. Travel arrangements were made to get me to a project site (1 hr) over breakfast.
