Metrics, Inc interview questions

You begin the day by interviewing briefly with HR. Next, you interview with about six different groups who are hiring. Each group is composed of about three people. It is a long and irritating process. There is a chance that you may not get selected by a group you prefer. They ask you a variety of questions, mainly about your personality and solid drug dosages. What they ultimately want to know is if you will stay in Greenville, NC and make Metrics your long term employer. They may ask you if you have ever used Empower 2 to integrate, SLIM, Excel, and any type of LIMS. They will ask you if you have experience with HPLC, GC, UPLC, Moisture Analyses, etc. Metrics Inc is a pharmaceutical company. If you really want to work for the company, you should learn USP methods.

first round was a simple call round ...that too telephnic...although question were nt that easy but handeled it with eas then it was pre hr round
