I had a nice interview. I am well versed in the materials with over 10 years experience. I was told base pay was $16/hr and up depending on experience. I was told I would be paid better than the $16/hr base pay. When I later got the offer letter it was for $16/hr. This morning of Aug 3 I emailed the HR manager advising I was told that I would get better than $16/hr ...and there was no reply from the HR manager. This evening I see the job of "Production Technician" newly reposted at $18/hr. Good to follow through.
