Really great! They were really easy to talk to and we were able to relate a lot of my work history to the job I was interviewing for and they let me know I qualified for most of the management positions and asked me which one I preferred! It wasn't awkward at all and they gave me a lot of insight into what Michaels was like as a business!

Very casual. It seemed like a conversation at the time but after I replayed it in my head I realized that she had hit the usual bullet points in a way that really made me feel comfortable
Felt like they just wanted to hire someone to go to the bar with and very unprofessional for someone who stated they had been a store manager for over 18+ years.
