Interview
They came to my University, I did a soft-interview onsite the campus than got a follow-up interview at their HQ office, in which I interviewed with 3 different members of their merchandising/ product category managers. It was a pretty tough interview, every interview was 30mins each, and every interviewer was very serious, except the last one so it was kinda hard to feel relaxed and welcome.

Tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle, CREATIVELY?
This was just the pre screen call, however, this company pay ranges are extremely low and ask for many years of required experience. The company is great, and I appreciated the recruiter being honest, but every position that could have been a fit had a salary below 60k which is absurd to me. My salary ranges in between 85-100k.
