First interview was via phone. The normally expected questions, as they pertain to retail sales, presented themselves. Customer service, retail sales, people skills and planograms were discussed. It was a very comfortable phone conversation and you could here the 'excitement' in both our voices. This is a unique industry and if you are part of it, you'll know why.
